Sunol Backpack Camp and High Valley Group Camp are open year-round by advance phone reservation at least five business days ahead. An Ohlone Wilderness Trail Permit is required at Sunol Backpack Camp. Dogs are not permitted overnight and campfires are prohibited. High Valley is a steep one-mile hike from the visitor center.
